Send the Print

Request a Quote

New program or supplier transfer, it starts the same way. We read the drawing, tell you what it takes to mold the part repeatably, and tell you quickly if it is not a fit for this floor.

What brings you here?

Pick the closest one. It only changes which details we ask for.
Prefer to send it under your own NDA? Say so in the notes and we will route it that way first.

That is what a sent print looks like.

On the live site this sends the drawing to the engineering team. Nothing was sent from this comp, and nothing you typed left your browser.

FAQ

Before you send it.

What happens after I send a print?
An engineer reviews the drawing for manufacturability before anyone quotes it. That review is where tolerances, parting lines, gate locations, and material choice get discussed, and where we tell you what would make the part easier to mold repeatably. If it is not a fit for our floor, we say so at that point rather than after a tooling quote.
What file formats can I send?
2D drawings as PDF or DXF, 3D models as STEP or IGES, and native CAD in a zip if that is easier. If you only have a sketch or a sample part, send what you have and we will start from there.
Do I need a finished design before I get in touch?
No. Programs reach us at every stage, from a concept sketch through a validated part being moved from another supplier. Earlier is usually better, because design for manufacturability is cheapest to apply before the tool is cut.
What if I am transferring a mold rather than starting fresh?
Moving a validated component means revalidation, and we plan it around your inventory bank so your line keeps running while we qualify. Tell us the tooling you own, your current annual volume, and how much finished inventory you can build, and we will work the schedule backwards from that.
Can I send my print under an NDA?
Tell us and we will route it that way before any technical review. If your legal team needs paperwork in place first, say so in the notes and we will start there.
